The KING TONY Europe commercial warranty is extended to all customers of KING TONY Europe and its subsidiaries.

Applying for KING TONY Europe's commercial warranty implies that the defective tool has been in appropriate conditions, for which it was designed. The warranty does not apply in the case of normal wear of the product due to heavy use or lack of maintenance. Applying for KING TONY Europe’s commercial warranty implies that the defective product has been returned to a KING TONY and / or M7 retailer along with its proof of purchase.

What are the benefits?
KING TONY Europe's commercial warranty ensures the operation of KING TONY and M7 brand products against any manufacturing defect, with validity that may be unlimited in time depending on the product category. This warranty results in a  repairor exchange. KING TONY Europe's commercial warranty includes the parts and labour of KING TONY Europe's after-sales service. All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.
A complementary warranty
KING TONY Europe’s commercial applies in addition to the French and European legal guarantee. The user benefits from the provisions of articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code relating to the guarantee of hidden defects. When the user is a consumer, he also benefits from the provisions of Articles l.211-4 to l.211-14 of the French Consumer Code relating to conformity defects.
KING TONY Europe’s commercial warranty has

This warranty only covers product’s parts and manufacture defects.
Products that are NOT covered by KING TONY Europe’s commercial warranty

• Consumables (any disposable or reusable product that is intended to be replaced periodically, being destroyed or altered when used, such as drills, saw blades, files, grinding wheels, sanding discs, etc.);

• Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts as a result of normal wear;

• Any adaptation of the product that would be necessary to comply with technical or safety standards applicable in a country other than that for which the product was originally designed and manufactured for;

• Damages or defects of the product due to:
* improper use or installation of the product (not in accordance with the intended use of the product, installation or use not complying with the instructions provided by KING TONY Europe or the technical or safety standards valid in the country where the product is used, etc.)
* product maintenance not complying with KING TONY Europe instructions, or neglected maintenance of the product
* mishandling of the product (fall, shock, etc.) or improper environment (exposure to moisture, excessive heat, contact with a substance that is harmful to the product, inapropriate power supply, etc. .)
* use of the product with an incompatible or defective consumable or accessory.
* a modification or repair of the product not performed by KING TONY Europe after - sales service.
* an Act of God, disaster (fire, flood, etc.), lightning, etc.
