1976 : THE BIRTH
In 1976 in Taichung, TAÏWAN, in the middle of the Industrial revolution, Mr. Tony Lin jumps in the hand tools manufacturing business, answering the demand of HIGH CONSUMING GOODS.
Five years later, Mr. Lin joined Mr. Charles Lai. Together, they faced new companies that had followed their example. But the quality was not satisfactory. With very low prices and mediocre quality, it became obvious to the founders of KING TONY that they needed to adopt a new strategy
1984 :
NEW STRATEGY
In 1984, Mr. Lai and Mr. Lin have found their new direction : manufacture PROFESSIONAL QUALITYhand tools to compete with the best brands of the World. They set up THE FIRST HEAT FORGE FACTORYin Taïwan.
They set up high standards, and in the years that followed, they consistently outpaced the requirements of the highest standards in the world. Indeed, KING TONY tools are not only respecting the DIN (Germany) and ANSI (U.S.A.) norms, they systematically exceed them
Concretely, we test every product in of the hand tools range to reach a minimum of 30% above the standard level prescribed by DIN norm. Our impact sockets and accessories are tested to reach at least 50% above the norm. This is a true COMMITMENT of quality! "

Always keeping in mind our commitment to compete with the best in the world, we have been certified with ISO CERTIFICATIONS, with 4 distinct standards. First of all, in January 1998, we received the ISO 9002, then the ISO 9001 and more recently the ISO 14001 and ISO 27001. We believe that it is our RESPONSIBILITY to preserve the planet and we are committed to always reducing our impact on theENVIRONMENT  during our manufacturing process.

IN EUROPE, A TRUE SUCCESS FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS
1997 : Mr. Aubineau places his first order for France
1999 : Creation of the branch KING TONY France
2008 : Creation of the branch KING TONY Iberica
2012 : Creation of the branch KING TONY Benelux
2013 : Creation of King Tony Europe (gathering of the French, Spanish, Benelux branches).
Since 1999, Mr. AUBINEAU has developped a strategy targeting general agreements with the major manufacturers of Agricultural machinery. With 10 years of experience in France, and faithful to its original strategy, Mr AUBINEAU has allowed since 2008 the expansion of the brand KING TONY in major European countries : Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and England.
